Firstly change the manner to think about the situations, never say I can´t to do this, is impossible for me or I don´t like, these simple advices let you modify their mental structure and is necessary are with well disposition to the knowledge. Moreover you have to feel good sensations and understand that this is a slowly process and must to go by every level.

 

This learning is the same how we learn to talk our native language, then we due to pay attention to the voices and pronunciation sending by the teachers or other person who communicate in second language, so you should practice every time, recognizing the sounds, stress and the meaning of the phrases. This can sound bored, but few to few we will find simple mistakes that don´t let you learn.

Other important point is make comprehension over the communicative situations and isn´t translate it, because is best understand that you  heard, talking and writing before to pretend to participate without have idea about that any want to express in a communicative context.
